By downloading or using Imagine You (the "app"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. The service

Imagine You lets you generate realistic images of your future self from a selfie you provide, using a server-side AI image-generation service. Generated images are provided for personal, lawful use.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the app. By using it, you confirm you meet this requirement.

3. Your content and conduct

• You must own or have the right to use any photo you upload. Do not upload photos of other people without their consent.
• You agree not to use the app to create content that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, sexually explicit involving minors, deceptive (e.g., impersonation or fraud), or that infringes anyone's rights.
• You are responsible for how you use and share the images you generate.

4. AI-generated results

Generated images are produced algorithmically and are approximations, not photographs of real events. Results may vary and are provided "as is." Imagine You makes no guarantee that any particular result will be produced.

5. Subscriptions, credits and payments

• The app is free to download and includes one free image. Additional images require credits.
• Imagine You Plus is an auto-renewing subscription (currently $4.99/month) that begins with a 7-day free trial and includes image credits each billing period.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your device's Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions.
• Consumable credit top-ups are one-time purchases and are non-refundable except as required by law. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

6. Intellectual property

The app, its design, and its trademarks are owned by Imagine You. Subject to these Terms, you own the images you generate from your own photos and may use them for personal purposes.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Imagine You is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
